How Long Will It Take for my quilt to get done?

I quilt by appointment only.  When you are working on your project, or almost finished, CALL or EMAIL ME. Let me know when it will be done. An approximate date is good. Then I place you on my calendar for a date around when you want your quilt finished. This means if you contact me in March and let me know you have two lap size quilts in April, you're on the calendar for April. Chances are pretty good that I can get that quilt done with an Edge to Edge design within a couple of days of intake. Sometimes it takes just two or three days for me to get your quilts finished.  If you are new to my quilting, contact me. I keep time open for new customers. 

Most of my clients want Edge to Edge quilting, and have an idea of the design. Since I already know their quilts are coming in and they're on the schedule, I just load them up and do them. This is quite a different way of working than many quilters. To be quite honest, I am not in the "quilt storage" business. I have no desire to be responsible for your quilt for weeks (or months) on end. This is a job for me, and when I have work in here to do, it gets done! 

We offer custom quilting services for those who want a unique and personalized quilt. Custom quilting takes quite a bit longer than an edge to edge. I will discuss the amount of time I will need at intake.
